Get in touch to discuss your project. You’ll receive a plan of action, break down of costs, and digital invoice requesting a 50% upfront payment to lock-in your project. Work commences the next business day after receipt of payment.

A prototype of your website will be built. You’ll be able to provide feedback and help shape the website as it comes together. When the site is to your satisfaction, it’ll receive a final content and SEO review, and get prepped for launch.

Launch
Your website and any accompanying assets will go live, and your website will be to receive visitors. Even if you’re not on a maintenance plan, your website will be monitored for 3-4 days to ensure that everything is firing on all cylinders.
04.
Ongoing
Hosting clients will receive a new invoice every 12 months to cover the ongoing hosting fees. If you’re subscribed to an ongoing maintenance or SEO plan, these add-on services will be bundled in with the same invoice. No unprompted email marketing, no sharing your info with third-parties, and no nonsense.

How long does it take to build a church website?
It depends, but most church website projects typically take between 5-10 weeks to complete and launch.
Can you help integrate sermon recordings and live streaming into our church website?
Yes to both! For sermon recordings and streaming: SermonAudio, Yet Another Sermon Host and YouTube are all excellent options that can be integrated with your website.
Can you set up online giving and donation functionality for our church?
Absolutely! Secure, easy-to-use giving/donation forms that accept direct debit, PayPal and bank transfers are a popular integration option. It’s recommended that you set up a Stripe and/or PayPal account for your church as soon as possible to get started with connecting these payment processors with the website and allow time for testing.
If you’re already using third-party giving/donation platforms such as DonorBox or Stewardship, these can be integrated relatively easily, too.
Do you provide training on how to update our church website content ourselves?
Yes, you’ll receive a complimentary training session via Google Meets. The free session runs up to one hour – typically 30-40 minutes of instruction and video walkthrough, followed by dedicated time for your questions.
